The ROKYTKA SECLUSION housing project is located in Prague 9 – Vysočany, within walking distance of the Kolbenova metro station on the B line, in a newly emerging location – the Emil Kolben district. Prague 9 – Vysočany, Matějkova Street
The MATĚJKOVA housing project is attractive both with its location that offers excellent transport accessibility to the Prague centre and all public facilities, as well as the beautiful surrounding nature of Podviní Park and the Rokytka River. A total of 59 flats with a terrace or balcony in layouts from studios to 3 bedrooms. The sizes of the flats range from 32 sq m to 119 sq m. The KOLOVRÁTEK housing project is located in the residential part of the municipality of Kolovraty on the south-eastern edge of Prague. A total of 43 residential units (from studios to 3-bedroom flats) in 3 low-rise buildings with a gabled roof. Each flat has a balcony, and some flats have a garden. Parking is provided partly in the basement of building AB and partly in the outdoor car park. The main intention is to create pleasant family housing in a quiet location close to nature. An emphasis is placed on the preservation of the local residential character and especially on the high-quality layout of the flats in terms of usability.
Prague 6 – Dejvice, Kolejní Street
The project was nominated for the BEST OF REALTY 2008 competition.
The luxury BELOW HANSPAULKA housing project is located on the edge of the prestigious Hanspaulka district in Prague’s Dejvice. A total of 33 luxury residential units (2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms) and 3 non-residential units (96–152 sq m) in 4 villa houses. The concept was to create above-standard housing. The low-rise villa houses offer units ranging from large 2-bedroom flats to very comfortable 4-bedroom flats. Each flat has a terrace and a sufficient number of parking spaces in the basement garages.
The aim of the project was to create pleasant and quiet family housing with a park atmosphere.
Prague 4 – Michle, Tigridova Street
The project was nominated for the BEST OF REALTY 2007 competition.
The ABOVE THE BOTIČ housing project is a complex of 5 apartment buildings with 80 large residential units (71–133 sq m) and 6 non-residential units – studios (79–111 sq m), suitable for both business and housing. The buildings are situated near the Botič River in Prague’s Michle. The aim of the project concept was to create pleasant and quiet family housing with a park atmosphere. The four-storey buildings offer units from medium-sized 1-bedroom flats to large 3-bedroom flats. Each flat has a terrace, balcony or front garden. Parking is available in the basement garages.

Prague 9 – Vysočany, Českomoravská Street
The GREEN HARFA housing project is located on Českomoravská Street, on the site of a former office building where a modern multifunctional building with 158 flats (33–141 sq m), 11 studios (34–36 sq m) and commercial space (130–892 sq m) was built, based on an original architectural design. The L-shaped apartment building offers 2 main entrances with a separate staircase and lifts. The project features modern design elements, such as glass lifts, aluminium windows, spacious terraces, suspended balconies and outdoor galleries, built-in closets in harmony with the internal doors, and the interplay of the colours of the wall and floor tiles and floating floors. The thermal and noise insulation is complemented by above-standard technological sandwich insulation layers in floors, ceilings and walls. The flats and cellars are equipped with an alarm. The non-stop service line of the building offers services such as technical assistance, maintenance and flat cleaning.
